Seasonality:
Carrots, brassicas, beetroot, leeks, etc. Pouliquen distributes a wide range of baby vegetable varieties. These baby vegetables come from varieties that are naturally small or are the result of a specific production method (planting density) or harvested at an early stage. This method of harvesting also ensures that the vegetables are tender. Baby vegetables are planted and harvested by hand. In addition, the producer washes and packs them. Harvesting is done to order.

Our producers:
Twenty-three of our partner producers supply baby vegetables. These producers are located in the north-west of Brittany and are members of the SICA (Finistère) and Les Maraîchers d’Armor (Côtes d’Armor) agricultural cooperatives.
